Final Sale/Refund Policy

We do not accept returns.  All sales are "final".  

All items are pre-owned and are in "as is" condition.

We do not refund your purchase price. We do not refund shipping fees.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we really encourage you to contact us. We will not refund the price but we can perhaps send another item we have in our resale closets, or figure out how to make you happy. Let us try!

If we sent you the wrong item, or something happened to the item in transit, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

If you are unhappy with your interaction with Second Serve Resale please contact us. We want to hear you and we will listen.
