Shipping Policy

We only ship in the continental USA.

Shipping rate-we have a $10 flat rate shipping rate for all orders. 

Delivery times-we send our packages by standard USPS or UPS mail. If you need expedited shipping please contact us to arrange that with a higher shipping rate.

If you live in the 02891 area code, you may choose free local delivery if you like.

You will receive emails confirming your order, and tracking times for your shipment. We ship out the next business day.

Second Serve is not responsible for delays outside our control- like the Covid or another pandemic, bad weather, a strike, rescheduling out of our control, an incorrect shipping address, or a natural disaster.

Packaging- We try to reuse the packaging materials that we have on hand, even if they are marked (we put a sticker on it that says we are re-using it and your package is from Second Serve). When we must use new recycled materials, we purchase from Eco Enclose, as we think they offer the best information on sustainable packaging and the best products.
