Look. At. This. Oh how I love a well made jacket! Three button blazer with faux flap pockets, and light shoulder pads. There is a stand up collar/lapels (not sure "stand up" is the proper term, but it doesn't fold over). This looks like wool blazer with the nubbieness, but there there is some stretch. Unlined. Excellent used condition.
