Oh, this skirt. Horses, hounds, and buckles! Curse these small vintage waist sizes or I would keep it! I found this at Savers and couldn't help myself. Full skirt with pleats and gathers, unlined. And pockets! Snap and two hook and eye closures secure at the waist. Excellent used condition, no visible flaws.
